Brian Cruickshank是诺斯伍德大学汽车后市场学院主任，全美公认的汽车售后市场专家，在行业内（制造，分销，协会和安装/服务）拥有广泛的知识和深厚人脉资源。他常为售后公司就战略规划相关的问题进行咨询。 

在加入诺斯伍德大学之前，Brian在Babcox Media工作了15年，领导了多个国家汽车售后市场出版物（包括印刷和电子媒体）以及外部营销传播项目。 20多年来，Brian一直活跃于汽车行业，并在汽车护理协会（ACA）和汽车仓库经销商协会（AWDA）理事会的委员会任职。 

个人所获奖项：

• 2009年度AIA青年年度最佳执行奖

• 2010年AWDA卓越追求奖

他分别于2006年和2010年获得了汽车售后市场专业人士（AAP）和汽车售后市场专业人士（MAAP）资格。 Brian在俄亥俄州立大学（俄亥俄州哥伦布市）完成了本科学位，并在诺斯伍德大学DeVos管理研究生院（密歇根州米德兰）获得了执行MBA学位。此前，他曾在美国海军陆战队服役，担任第二和第四海军师。
