| AftermarketProduct Manager 售后市场产品经理

- Develop specific marketanalysis and benchmarking with competitors. All data to be actualised on amonthly basis and input of promotion plan. - Maintain a close relationship with local press for advertising and pressreleases promoting Valeo brand and products - Coordinates the development of product articles promoting Valeo brand andproducts in customer magazines - Adapt/Develop in local language of marketing documentation (advertisingmaterial, catalogues …) - Support the Valeo presence on our customer's stands in local automotive tradefairs. - Follow-up of the area marketing budget - Implementation & follow-up of the area promotional plan - Follow-up of the activity on strategic product lines (4PK, Post Equipment,Flat Blades ….). Propose & develop focused marketing animation on theseproducts.

- Participate to the building ofcustomer marketing actions, and follow-up of these actions. - Deploy through customer visits the product and brand awareness in theirsubsidiaries (displays, posters, others…) - Develop/Adapt the marketing support of sales network

- Communication to customers forall Flash Info, new products and new Ranges. All new catalogs and Marketingsupports on time to the customer - Intelligence on all internal Marketing news & development from ValeoHeadquarters (through Forums, training sessions,.) and communication on time tothe Office Manager.

| AftermarketArea Sales Manager 售后市场区域销售经理

- Be responsible for market sales to achieve sales target and profitindicator. 负责后市场的销售工作,实现区域销售目标及利润指标;

-Establishing, maintaining, developing and perfecting regionaldistribution network to make sure the market positioning related to customers. 建立、维护、发展并完善所在区域经销网络,确定相关客户市场定位; - Traindistributors and their customers on the public price mechanism and benefits

  为经销商及其客户提供业务培训和指导; - Collecting regional market information and analysis, reporting timely. 收集区域范围内市场信息并进行分析并及时汇报; - Definetogether with the distributor local communication plan

与经销商制定区域推广计划 - Meeting our customers’ reasonable demand andimproving customers’ satisfaction. 满足客户各项合理需求,提高客户满意度;

 -Check and ensure togetherwith the logistic Manager the logistic performance vs repairers

协助及确保物流部门及时供货;

-Providetools and training for warranty management and follow and analyse warrantyreturns

协助售后质量部门进行售后问题的分析及索赔;
